Play Park – Large Climbing Frame – Dismantle and Removal

Please note that the removal of the large Climbing frame will take place on Thursday 26th February 2026 at the Playpark, Cobcroft Lane, Cridling Stubbs.

This work has been scheduled due to safety reason. During the most recent independent Playpark Inspection, the large climbing frame was unfortunately condemned as unsafe to use and is now beyond economical repair.

The Playpark will be closed for the duration of the works, which are expected to take one day. For everyone’s safety, we kindly ask that no one enters the Playpark or the taped‑off area while the work is being carried out, and the contractor is allowed to carry out this work without interruption.

The Parish Council is actively seeking additional funding to replace the large climbing frame with new equipment, and we will keep residents updated as plans progress.

Thank you to all residents for your patience, cooperation, and understanding while this essential work is completed.
